The search for quality is a priority in our supply and production system

Les Vergers Du Mekong dedicates the highest attention to the product-safety. We adhere to international high standards in terms of hygiene and food safety for the manufacture of all our products: Good Manufacturing Practices GMP, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point HACCP and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures SSOP. Quality controls are constantly amended to adapt to changing regulations.

Nevertheless, full strict control of the entire process would not be achievable without our close relationship built throughout the years with farmers, tea and coffee growers. Considering the company's focus on health, quality, and the local environment, we make sure to fully control our initial supply. We deal ethically and directly in order to build long-term and transparent relationships and to ensure the quality of the products.

The purchase of raw material is then logically subjected to a thorough selection. We only purchase fresh tropical fruits from the Mekong Delta farmers and fresh berries from the Highlands to produce our jams, juices and purees. We provide a strict traceability of the fruits for fresh fruits export. In the same way, our tea and coffee are originated exclusively and directly from growers in the Vietnamese mountains.

More, since May 2007, Le Vergers du Mekong obtained the HALAL certificate for its range of products: fruit juices, fruit jams, honey, tea and coffee.
